At Medik8, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are securely packed in their original packaging; products must be at least 75% full to qualify for a performance-based return.

• 3.
  Ship to Medik8

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
